Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Secure Your Beast
Carefully repack the system in its original double-walled shipping box with all protective foam inserts, cables, and documentation to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transport to our workshop.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a full diagnostic check of the hardware; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
